Most AI video products stop at handing you a prompt box and a clip. The real work, the part that eats your afternoon, still belongs to you. The Noodle Tomato Agent takes that part on. It plans the video, generates each scene, reviews its own output, regenerates whatever misses, and assembles the final cut, the way a full production team would, except it does it all from one chat and returns the finished piece.

Your job is to say what you want. Everything after that is the agent's job. The quality stands next to the frontier models, Google's Veo among them, and you never touch the process or pay frontier prices.

Why we are starting with YouTube

YouTube is where the cost of video breaks the business. A single 30-minute video can run you $300, $500, even $1,000 with other tools once you add up the generation and the editing. For a format whose entire logic is publishing consistently, week after week, that is unacceptable. The frontier models that match this quality are no help here. They hand you raw clips only, and the bill runs anywhere from a few dollars to $30 a finished minute depending on the model, whether it is Seedance, Kling, or Grok's Imagine. Every one of them still leaves the prompting, cutting, and assembly to you.

The Noodle Tomato Agent does the whole job, script to final cut, for a small fraction of that. The 30-minute video that used to cost a four-figure production bill comes in at a rounding error. It is also the format with the clearest payoff, since faceless YouTube videos earn real ad revenue when you post consistently. And during the beta, the agent costs you nothing at all.

Two years ago, this was a joke

Remember the clip of Will Smith eating spaghetti? A face that was not quite his, noodles bending through the fork, a tomato that would not stay on the plate. People shared it as proof that AI video would never be real. That clip is where the name Noodle Tomato comes from.

Today the same class of models makes footage you cannot tell from a camera. The joke aged out in about eighteen months. The agent is built on top of that shift. The quality question is largely settled, so the only questions left are cost and effort. Those are the two we set out to solve.

We built Noodle Tomato on one bet. The future belongs to agents, and access to the next tier of intelligence should not be gated behind a production budget. For most of computing history, the best tools went to whoever could pay the most. Agents invert that. The cost of making something that used to require a studio is collapsing toward zero, and what is left is the taste to decide what to make.

Noodle Tomato is infrastructure. It turns a sentence into finished video, and that is the layer every kind of visual content will eventually run on. Today it makes your YouTube videos, for a fraction of what the tools charging hundreds of dollars per video ask. Tomorrow it makes long movies with consistent characters, ads, and entire content operations, all from the same chat window. Further out, it moves up the stack, toward the labs building the frontier models themselves. The cost of a finished video has already dropped by an order of magnitude, and it is still falling.

None of this exists without the people who built it. Our small team has poured everything into this release, and my co-founder Mike has been there since the first line. The agent in your hands is their work as much as anyone's.
